Foba will present its patent-pending innovation in vision-based automated laser positioning. A software update enables the precise alignment of laser marks, even relative to products that are positioned unexpectedly within the marking field. This will be demonstrated on a Foba M1000 marking station to show that expensive part fixtures are in many instances unnecessary.

Another marking station on site will be the Foba M2000-P, equipped with the Y.0201-DN fibre laser, which is designed for paint removal on plastics for day-night applications. Additionally, Foba will showcase its powerful fibre laser marking system Y.1000, a 100W laser marker for integration into high-speed processing lines and for the application of robust marks on high-wear parts.

Two of Foba’s laser marking specialists will hold lectures on 5 June: ‘Fixtureless laser marking’ by Faycal Benayad-Cherif, and ‘UDI laser marking on medical devices’ by Christian Söhner.
