Acal BFi and Quantum Light sign distribution agreement

Acal BFi and Quantum Light sign pan-European distribution agreement. We are proud to announce the signing of a Pan-European distribution agreement between Acal BFi and Quantum Light. This agreement enables Acal BFi to bring to the market a range of compact air cooled DPSS Q-Switched lasers, operating at low repetition rate and high energy. This is the first affordable Diode Pumped laser with this level of energy per pulse. Current models are available at 1053 nm, 1064 nm and all the harmonics up to the 5th (211 nm). Models can have either TEM00 or top-hat beam profile with energy of up to 40 mJ, < 7 ns pulse duration and peak power of ~ 6 MWatts.

Compact, air cooled, low consumption, and cost effective, it is an ideal tool for a wide range of applications including Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), Pulsed Light Deposition (PLD), Time Of Flight Spectroscopy (TOFS), Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization (MALDI), remote sensing, laser ablation and “mask marking”.
