Corelight YLE

Lumentum showcased its next generation high-power fibre series platform, Corelight YLE, at Photonics West. Corelight YLE is based on 3kW modules and will be available in combined versions up to 9kW later this year. Corelight products are integrated into turn-key fibre laser systems and installed in advanced machine tools for industrial cutting, welding, and material deposition.

Corelight beam characteristics enable high-quality and high-speed cutting performance of steel, copper, brass, aluminium, and many other materials. Corelight products meet high-reliability standards critical for high-volume macro-machining industrial environments.
