Laserax partners with Pannier Corporation

Pannier Corporation, a supplier of marking systems and metal tags for the metals and automotive industries, and Laserax, who develops, markets and installs inline laser marking and laser cleaning solutions for the primary metals and the automotive industries entered in a partnership agreement.

The partnership, which began in January 2019, is bound to bring both companies advantages: “It was obvious for Laserax, that both our companies were going to benefit from closely working together. We’re looking forward to increasing the reach of our rugged industrial fiber lasers in targeted markets covered by the Pannier Corporation.” said Éric Bourbeau, Director of OEM Sales at Laserax.

Laserax recently launched a revolutionary patent pending shotblast resistant laser marking process. It allows casters and other manufacturers to trace every part from the earliest production step through to final assembly with a single identifier, which ensures end-to-end product traceability.

“We’re very excited about this new partnership. The technical team at Laserax has a track record of engineering solutions for extreme marking applications that seemed impossible until now. The Laserax LXQ high-power lasers can mark high temperature products in harsh industrial environments. This will allow our customers in the metals and automotive industries to achieve complete product traceability from the caster to the customer.” said Michael Leard, Director of Sales at Pannier Corporation.

Representatives from the Pannier Corporation attended a week-long training at Laserax’s headquarters and will be able to count on Laserax’s laser technology expertise, experience in laser direct part marking on metals and best-in-class laser markers for future client projects.
