RRTS14CC standard laser cutting cell

Tec Systems has introduced the RRTS14CC, a standard laser cutting cell that performs high-quality laser cuts using a six-axis robot designed to follow pre-programmed paths, allowing it to present target areas to the laser head at an optimal focal distance.

The laser source that is integrated as part of the RRTS14CC cell is generated from carbon dioxide and the integration of a series of mirrors, meaning that the beam alignment from the source to the nozzle is both accurate and repeatable. Though the RRTS14CC is a standard cell, the optics (tubes, mirrors, etc) will be specifically designed for each application to guarantee that the laser head arrangement is perfectly suited to the material being processed.
